1) it seem the New york times has lied about its reporting about the mass gang rapes reported from hamas from recent journals....and although the UN has come out with a report, i was listening to "breaking points" today, and they dissect the UN report, which seems they have no evidence nor do they have testimony to that effect?whats your take on that mehdi?
2) If we have no deal during/after ramadan, [i] can people in gaza even if we can get food to them , still take , as it beleive that is a fasting period?[i am not a muslim so i lack the information on this?] [ii]if the right wing in israel get their way then they place bans on the special mosque in jersulem , will this make things worse [iii] i am hearing reports from haaretz that israel is preparing to assault hezbollah as well after ramadan to force them back from the border of lebanon to provide "security" for a return of their people back to their houses in north israel? how accurate are these reports?
This was great to understand. Personally, I'm still having trouble grasping how even the logic presented by these lies provides anyone a basis for accepting the IDF's acts.
It just seems like there is no possible justification for such large scale, indiscriminate killing. That people can even digest that as part of any sort of self-defense is just so incredible. Lies or not. Just that much worse that such lies are part of it.

This was a bit more focused and to the point but with a similar goal of understanding the realities (as best as we can) behind what gets reported in main stream, and tying together the threads that are hard to follow as they unfold over multiple news cycles.
