I subscribed without a second thought. Really looking forward to the same moral commitment and acerbic observation coming to the UK. Please stay true to yourselves. More media flab I can live without.

Don’t let us down.

Brilliant news… particularly happy about Sangita being part of this … sorely missed after having been egregiously disappeared from LBC!!

Yes I too was delighted to see Sangita back after her disgraceful departure at LBC

Glad you're bringing this to the UK as well! Its not about sides, its about being able to challenge each other's views without being wedded to them permanently. The ultimate aim is surely to consider other perspectives in an open forum, so that we can enhance our own. Independant media such as Zeteo (amongst others) is highlighting the glaring bias of traditional media. Bring it on!

From what I see, social media has encouraged us to become even more tribal. And that has resulted in critical thinking becoming a lost art. The more I see this, the more I worry about future generations. It splits societies and families, which is why the value of communities is being diminished. Even though that’s exactly what we need, whatever our personal beliefs. We saw unhappy isolation makes people during the pandemic.

Further, the lack of critical thinking diminishes our ability to problem solve. Alone and within a team. A challenge is met with anger rather than openness. With knowledge work being taken over by AI, the human qualities that should shine regardless are at risk of disappearing. This is only my view, but having the ability to think critically, communicate, resolve disagreements without anger, and most importantly, solve problems will always be in demand. Yet we are being pushed the other way.

I don’t agree with everything on channels such as Zeteo. But I’m not meant to. But I am listening. Even more so if i disagree. Not to be convinced. But hoping to understand another point of view.

I’m thrilled, I love Zeteo and supporting independent media. That said I’m already subscribed to this Zeteo which does global news, the Byline Times, le monde diplomatique — and the Rest is Politics UK and the New York Times (may as well know what the centrists are saying) and so another subscription especially at that price £13 monthly is more than I can afford to spare right now.

It would be great if there was a) a single global Zeteo option covering UK too or b) a chance for Zeteo subscribers to get 1-2 articles a month free from Zeteo UK.

If not then fair enough. I live in the UK but I don’t want to switch from Zeteo to Zeteo UK.

Wishing this endeavour all the success it deserves, thank you Mehdi for all you’re doing in these trying times!

Yes, I agree. Already subscribe to Zeteo US. Should like to subscribe to the UK also using a combined subscription fee, or a reduced fee.

I already have a Zeteo subscription...how do I upgrade to UK as well (without paying £99 on top of the £65 I already paid)?

Bingo! Exactly my question

Hi all. I've been a subscriber to the original Zeteo for some time now and am very interested in the new Zeteo UK service, to which I would like to become a paid subscriber if it were possible to upgrade my membership to a package supporting both services. Having just retired I'm very conscious of costs however. I notice that for new subscribers there is a joint annual fee of £99 if one signs up now. Can I upgrade at a discount without paying twice for my original membership? Would appreciate any help that you can offer.
