considering that MY medical data has absolutely NOTHING to do with running the country, how about YOU let us know EVERYTHING about your medical data because quite frankly, you don't sound so good trump!

Everyday, the surveillance state becomes an integral part of a police state, upon which Trump’s authoritarian state would rely and upon which the Christian Nationalist state would rely.

What are WE THE PEOPLE going to do about the weapon of mass destruction that occupies the People's House? I think the French had the right idea in the late 1700s.

Big Brother Cheeto Is Watching Over You

Cheeto and his Nazi Republican allies are working hard at gathering data against American citizens. The dictator has been assured by his fascist buddies Musk and Theil that one of the ways to control elections is to create as many digital footprints as possible from government agencies as reported yesterday at the Guardian. Of course this is against all privacy laws but Cheeto needs to cheat in every way possible to win. In the 21st century digital manipulation of voting machines and tabulation, state attorney generals need to preemptively be addressing this interference by cyber forensic audits that investigate tampering before and after tabulation. Not all precincts will need to be audited in such a way but spot checks should be available and where there is a question perform a forensic audit where necessary.

If you’re unfortunate to live in a red state that has turned over your registered voter data information, you should be worried about a Nazi Republican vigilante challenge of your upcoming ballot in November. Voters in these situations need to vote early so that if there is a challenge, you have time to cure your ballot. Best not to connect with the federal government unless absolutely have to.

There are multiple attacks on free and fair elections by the Nazi Republicans. WE have seen the attempts at the judicial level as well as SCOTUS which allowed for aggressive gerrymandering ploys. The SAVE Act threatens voter registration data as the bill states that if the rolls are not turned over, federal funding for states refusing to do so would have their funding limited or stopped. With Pulte heading up ODNI, there is another avenue of attack. But the digital manipulation of voting machines themselves is right up the tech alley of Musk and Theil and adds another layer of election interference and WE must be prepared for this tech onslaught. Reach out to your attorney general and ask about cyber forensic audits for upcoming elections.

More evidence that the U.S. is reverting to a police state, where everything you do is monitored. The idea of personal freedom is a myth. The constitution is also becoming a relic of the past. With the current supreme court deciding that they, and only they, have the ultimate authority to tell the citizens what the law, as written in the constitution, is, and they can pontificate from their lofty perch. Whatever they say the law is, no matter what is written in the books.

That's a definition of a police state.

Ok for Monsanto, et al to fill the creeks and rivers and oceans with at least equally lethal chemicals….hmmm guess just another way to add more military and immigration police to threaten and murder at will. Funny thing abortion whether natural or chemicals murder and innocent folks are penalized for their “abortions” under the guise of “innocent life” but our government does not seem to regard the lives of the thousands of babies and young children that have been targeted and murdered by the current us regime and the zionists as “innocent lives”……just “collateral damage!”

Just saying…..my opinion.

💔🗽🕊️😞🙁🤔

Another issue. Any person who has urine drug testing that comes back positive actually may have used another over the counter medication or an other prescription medication that the testing provider knows nothing about, did not fully look at or investigate and the person with the erroneous diagnosis is then labeled which should but almost never addressed/corrected…by then the person is libeled!

They are definitely monitoring all the psychiatric meds for RFK’s “wellness farms”. There go me and all my patients.

I was not aware of this and thank you for the information. As you write: "Maltz argues that the United States is falling behind sophisticated criminal networks and that agencies need modern tools to save lives." How about using these "tools" to examine crypto currency platforms because the biggest use is by those laundering money. Yes, I know that would involve looking into Trump and his kids, but one can dream. I also think they should look into Elon Musk who has publicly stated that he uses ketamine. Just dreaming again.

Trump administration officials, both elected and unelected, need to be informed that they work for us, not vice versa. They are our servants, not our masters. I am wondering what role the federal Privacy Act plays in any of this. HIPAA, which specifically addresses medical information and records was discussed, but not the Privacy Act. When I was a federal employee, all of us were required to comply with the Privacy Act, and there were penalties for noncompliance, potentially including jail time and fines. This meant that we were required to purge all records we had collected, say, in a lawsuit, of all “personally identifiable information” (PPI) after the conclusion of the matter for which it had been collected (e.g., a lawsuit). Under the Privacy Act, PPI included social security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, medical and tax records and even names. We were provided shredders for the purpose of complying and were also required to purge electronic records containing PPI. It would be helpful to have the authors of this informative piece weigh in on the application of the Privacy Act to the actions and proposed actions of the government to the matters discussed. Trump has existed all his life in a law-free world. He has never experienced any personal legal repercussions for any of his actions. His minions seem to think they’re equally impervious to the law, if they even know what it is. I suspect the latter — they’ve never seen it as relevant.

I wonder how mtg, tucker, ben shapiro and rogan feel about this. Is there some reason dnc can't just shove this all over the web to maga? Do we need to ask someone to make us a lego video?

We handed a lot of the rest over to ellison right? So how does that system work with palentir's? my guess is there are at least 3 or 4 other companies involved. I know zero about tech, but guessing this is not fully integrated in one. Guessing someone on this thread knows how it functions. The google boys should be hauled before a future congress to explain that couple years of data they lifted as well. This is what happens when everybody is like oh its not a big deal every step along the way. This is why you do not do that. If by some miracle they don't fund palentir past september, which seems impossible, where does that data go? Where is it sitting? Are there copies? We gave this country away because no one bothered to care about anything along the way. It is pathetic. Biden and Obama people dealt with these companies. They need to show some spine and step up; they know a lot and they owe us. Congress is nowhere near worried enough about their jobs.

It's up to parents, not the government, to protect their children. The First Amendment, gone. Privacy, gone. Freedom on the internet, gone. Democracy, gone. Wars, permanent. Imperialism, in decline. Israel, in rapid decline. Thanks be, the US and Israel are being beaten by Iran.
