Thanks for the round up. The things this gov't has done to undermine the people who voted for him in just one week. The crash is coming, just not fast enough, which is giving the maladministration more elbow room to position more of their plans from Project 2025.
I know it's a lot of work, capturing the emissions of a firehose of fascism, but i prefer the long, and more complete format. I've saved all the weekly summaries and consider them a contemporaneous / historical record of the last gasp of the American empire. Great work!
Sorry Medhi but, while I appreciate the summary, I'm not jazzed on this format. I am a news junkie, so I usually knew a lot of what your team would report in the old format, but I used it to repost on my FB page so others could get an extensive, clear picture of what had happened during that week. It also gave me a lot of ammunition I would use to rebuff maga comments. As usual, there were so many newsworthy things that happened this past week, much of which isn't in this format, that I'm not sure it's worth reposting. I understand how much work it must have taken your team to research, fact-check, and then write the weekly summaries, that it became a hardship. Just a thought...if you could include even a couple of items on each day, it would be helpful (I'm thinking of Davos and trump's insane speech, or his new 'Board of Peace' and the invitees). Hoping that, at some point, your team will be able to go back to the old format. I miss it already.
Is it not coming close to the point where all the government expertise across all three branches that has been fired by this Magadministration might organise an alternative more capable democratic counter administration ? One which functions within the judicial guardrails of the American Constitution.

I have to agree that I mourn the more comprehensive report. It was the main reason I chose to subscribe at the level I did.
Great work in summarizing the week. As we understand with the Trump administration these extra ordinary events is just business as usual. Keep it up
I like the new format. I used to feel like I was reading forever. It turned out I was only on Tuesday. I found it deeply depressing.
