Made me cry and think about the poem written by Refaat Alaree before he was killed by Israeli airstrike-

If I must die,

you must live

to tell my story

to sell my things

to buy a piece of cloth

and some strings,

(make it white with a long tail)

so that a child, somewhere in Gaza

while looking heaven in the eye

awaiting his dad who left in a blaze—

and bid no one farewell

not even to his flesh

not even to himself—

sees the kite, my kite you made, flying up above

and thinks for a moment an angel is there

bringing back love

If I must die

let it bring hope

let it be a tale

I don’t always click on everything but today I clicked and watched this video. I found this so moving and meaningful that it brought tears to my eyes. It’s a simple concept that honours these brave souls and it has made my membership in Zeteo completely worthwhile. Thank you.

Journalists, aid workers, doctors, ambulance workers, children, women, men. Where is everyone else? My president, my representative government, the western media. Where?

It really is disappointing this message is not being broadcast on mainstream media.

This gave me goosebumps and I’m in tears now. The pain and suffering, compounded with the dehumanisation and global silence is all just too much. Praying deeply for these killed souls.

As a member of the human race, this is so heartbreaking. And adding insult to injury, too many in the MSM are afraid to speak the truth for various reasons thus creating the sounds of silence in the press. But the facts and images are there for those with eyes to see and ears to hear and hearts that feel.

This fascist regime and those in support will pay at some point, as that is God's justice. Each of the brave souls who have lost their lives in this genocide are heroes and we will remember them in our hearts always. I cannot watch all of this video as I am completely broken as the sheer carnage. Just watching Motaz, Bisan, brother Shouman, and the countless others, their live broadcasts being shamelessly ignored and corrupted by this disgusting western media. Thank you Mehdi and your great team, for bringing it to light with eloquence, it cannot be easy as we have natural empathy unlike so many. The grief is so raw, but at least there is Zeteo to voice this. Thank you again

Way to emotional and sad, no need to comment. What they had to say says it all. They have our gratitude. May they rest in peace.
