Just sent this to my Democratic congresswoman: "Once again I am writing to urge you to pressure Israel to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza. Palestinian babies are dying from the cold but Israel won't let in enough aid trucks to help them! This situation is outrageous and amounts to a crime against humanity. Please keep trying! The suffering is unbearable.

It is difficult to fathom how this cruel nightmare has been allowed to continue. Horrifying and infuriating. I’m grateful to Dr Ahmad and all of the other volunteer doctors as well as Palestinian medical workers who have made valiant efforts to save lives in deplorable conditions.
Is there any way I can get by with saying "fuck Israel" and the people that support their current government policies involving, not only the atrocities in Gaza, but the settlements in the West Bank? If the Jewish people want ANY sympathy for ANYTHING that happens to them, then they need to quit their own atrocities NOW!!! There is no reason UN troops there are not expanded to begin actively enforcing the ceasefire, oversee withdrawal of Isreli troops and all aid access gates opened for delivery and security of humanitarian aide. UN forces need to move in to secure aide delivery and oversee withdrawal of troops from all of Gaza. They must enforce law and order in the West Bank and oversee the removal of violent settlers from Palestinian territory, UN troops must be increased to police the West Bank from violent settlers and to assure no further danger to Palestinians on their own land.
Are their credible charities that can directly help?? I've seen some posted, but there's no way to verify the credibility. I'm afraid of it being a Zionist fake charity
