Yes Kasparian, "audience captured" after years in media, well that's what I think. I think actually people should take long breaks from punditry. I don't think it has been so good on the left over the last year or so frankly. Even this site has been sucked in to the "Xstein Files" and grand conspiracy theories over all. Not a lot because I don't trust polls that much, but conversely, trumps' numbers this year have hovered anywhere from 37 to 45 percent and that isn't much different than his first term numbers. Pretty steady and very discouraging. To me it means that very little opinion changes in this American society no matter how bad it gets. He has a very solid and loyal base which the republicans carved out over decades while the left was relying on progressivism to carry the country forward and wondering why tens of millions haven't gotten the message.
