This reminded me of the journalist I.F. Stone who observed that "all governments lie." When it comes to complicity with Israel's colonial project, the US is almost incapable of speaking the truth. Biden and Blinken lied every day for months, providing cover for Netanyahu. The American government simply will not see Palestinians as people deserving of life. Total moral failure.

Not just the government but the people. Maybe they’ll change their perspective when IOF police tactics are applied to them in US streets

Thank you for your important work. I hope you don’t mind me raising a concern: is it possible that the anonymous source within the Israeli army intentionally misled investigators by naming someone who was already dead — in order to close the case while the real killer remains at large?

Or, conversely, did they set up the killer to be killed just recently to stop any further information coming from him about the killing ? Set him up to be blown up and then blame it on Palestinian hidden IED's planted where he was stationed ? Isn't it very coincidental that his identity is out in the open and he's suddenly blown up? After 2 years?

Agree, israeli government and security can do anything, they have already killed their own and they do not seem to care about their prisoners either and prepared to kill them to protect themselves and to hide any further evidence against them that may well emerge if they are released.

Nothing has changed even today; Israel has been given full immunity from any prosecution by the current administration, and they keep providing all the arms and ammunition this rogue State wants.

If the US administration had held Israel to account, at least 200 of the 210 or so journalists targeted by Israel would have survived and would be firsthand witnesses of the ongoing Genocide of Palestinians.

It is a shame that Western hypocrisy became evident at the expense of over 150,000 innocent Palestinian women and children.

Great report here, thank you 🙏 it's very upsetting to know the complicity in war crimes cover-ups continues to be engaged in. This country needs to cut ties with Netanyahu's activities, demand for regime change and support the Hague in bringing him to account. Netanyahu's war crimes brings further shame upon the US when our government deliberately shields him from accountability. The ends don't justify the means here. It's just not right, it's amoral. 😞😢🥺

Speaking of a Coverup The Cost of Living(COL) Has Crippled Americans

Govt stats on COL and how it's calculated doesn't reflect the "real" inflationary aspects of COL as independently verified by private companies such as Shadowstats and Chapwood Index

These companies tell the true story which the Feds don't want you to know but are clearly reflected in our "real" experience The reason that the Fed hides behind their inflation model is they don't want the American public to know that the purchasing power of the fiat currency they hold in their wallets is 95% of what it was in 1971 when the US went off the gold standard

By going off the gold standard the Fed has been able to produce mountains of bad debt over the decades by quantitative easing(QE) leading to the largest debt bubble in world history Now the foreign investors see the fiat dollar as a liability and in the ensuring years we will see its collapse The stage is set Get out of credit and get into gold The price of gold going up means that the purchasing power of the dollar is going down

I followed your link to read the NYT coverage of Zeteo’s piece. Don’t know why I’m EVER hopeful the NYT will abandon their slant (or cliff) towards Israel exceptionalism. I’m always disappointed. Except when I read Jamelle Bouie.
