how many iranian lives are equivalent to one u.s. life, zeteo? there is no mention in the piece that we have a shared responsibility to respect the lives, cultures, and communities of all people. focusing only on certain lives is an old and counterproductive way to tell the story of the real costs of endless wars of empire. there is also the impact on climate that threatens all of us and our children.
