His office has provided a letter template to officially request your federal personal data from DOGE in accordance with the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a(d)(1):

In other words, they have no authority to rule on rights! The solution to conservatives' willful misinterpretation of the clearly written constitution is to marginalize them with progressives who will bring suit to reverse Dobbs, Heller v DC, etc. as Lawrence v Texas did Bowers.
Is anyone surprised? The GOP had made it known at Reagan that they were going to make government small enough to drown in a bathtub! Their supporters fully support this effort because government was helping those that they saw as unworthy, blacks, welfare deadbeats, etc. and unduly regulating the wealthy. Those stupid ideologues are now learning what "small" government means and so now are making some noise. This provides an opening for PROGRESSIVE Democrats to replace the GOP in congress in two years and marginalize the Clinton Democrats that have provided no benefit to the American people, being compliant to corporate will.
