If you search "bodycam footage haitian migrant springfield" on youtube, you can find it. It's about 30 seconds long excluding the channel creator's commentary. It's not graphic, but that particular video does seem legitimate. No clue if that is a widespread problem, though.
The city manager and the police have said that this is not a thing that is happening. Do not encourage people to go looking for things that are simply not true.
