Yes there are "fundamentalist" religions in countries where their religion and their citizenship are tied to each other. Israel and some of the Muslim countries and maybe even sections of Ireland! Britain was saved by Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs in WW2. We paid half the cost of the British WW2 money and 2.5 million in men. We fed British and allied forces as the largest provider of food to the armies in WW2.
