The Middle East has been an a problem no one has been able to solve. Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, the Houtis, Syria, Russia, and the Israelis haven’t made it easy to deal with. Is it reasonable to make this one of the issues Harris needs to address in order to defeat a very dangerous opponent who is obviously the enemy.
Let’s focus on beating the bad guy and not muddy the waters.

That's the kind of thinking that got the White House supporting a genocide that caused it to lose the support of half its base. Harris must address Gaza as part of her campaign, and she should share a new vision of the Middle East (Iranian and Israeli "normalization" in the region) that gets her the support of the people she lost since October 7 and sets her apart from Trump and Biden.
Do you want Trump? That is the choice. Trump or the Democratic candidate. First get someone you can talk to, then persuade them. Now there is only one thing to focus on. Please look forward and put your energy to get closer to the goal.
It's crippling to a campaign when you have a major issue that millions of people care deeply about, and the advice from the candidate's handlers is "Just don't talk about it." I've seen many, many Democrats try to do that on many issues, and it NEVER goes well for them.
Harris can't be evasive about Israel/Palestine, that's not just the morally right advice, it's also the advice if you want to win.
Come up with a way to defeat the Evil one before you give advice on an issue that the country is very divided on.
The Middle East is very complicated and not all Americans agree. There is one thing that needs to be done first and It is to keep the evil one out of power.
Work to solve the Middle East later.
Anything that muddies the water when the choice is so clear is working against our interests.
With respect, right now the battle is between evil and the Democratic candidate. Once evil is defeated we can work on changing policy. If evil wins we all lose for years.

I don't know why we're arguing, they're not going to listen to either one of us.
The solution is easy. Have America leave the region. Stop invading nations under false pretenses and stop arming militant groups.
DK, the problem is U.S. meddling - not only in the M.E. but worldwide. If they stayed home and minded their own business things would be quieter.
