Always encouraging to see opposing views can be articulated respectfully. Kudos to Triggernometry & Mehdi for the endeavour.

The youtube’s comment section however, just proves that some people will refuse to listen & prefer continue living in a bubble.

Sorry , but I could never give kudos to triggernometry .

Another Mehdi beat down! If you want the proof, look no further than the comments, the vast majority of which use Mehdi's religion or the fact that he once worked with Al-Jazeera to attack him rather than engage with his points. Excellent work as always, Mehdi!

So many thoughtful arguments in this interview, loved the detailed thought processes.

I have always been amazed at how little context regular americans seem to have when discussing foreign wars. People in the middle east (and in conflict zones more generally) have exponentially longer memories of past conflicts because of how traumatic and deeply woven into their national identity those events have been. They remember those interventions the way americans remember Pearl Harbor or the WTC, with the key difference that it keeps happening over and over again and the wound never heals..

Thanks for watching

It’s refreshing to once again witness Mehdi patiently schooling the right on how to apply both an analytic and pragmatic approach to global affairs.

Another mind boggling, brilliant classic Mehdi performance. One thing that stood out to me is the way in which all 3 of the participants were so respectful of one another. No interrupting, no lashing out, no childish name calling. The Mind of Mehdi is truly a force to celebrated. Thank you and goodbye, MSNBC. Hello, Zeteo.

Great performance as always Mehdi.

Konstantin has a very effective habit and tactic in debates of acknowledging and then dismissing any points being made, and then simultaneously shifting the argument.

K is smart enough to know the truth , but is unwilling to accept it as he can’t and won’t upset his audience.

But you held your ground , and did not once fall into his trap, by staying on topic.

Thank you Mehdi

I REALLY wanted to watch this but I have a hard time watching Mehdi tear these idiots apart! I mean, I love it, but it is tough to watch. Mehdi, the Journalistic Annilihater1💙😁💃💥💥💥

These two are the dumbest wannabe intellectuals online these days. Same smug look as Shapiro. They should be asked because both of them are migrants why did they move to the UK? Why is it that it is good for them but not for others? The Venezuelan guy has the guts to be so against refugees but fails to see his own privilege compared to the obstacles most Venezuelans have to go through to be safe and work for the better of their families.

Well done. Kudos to all.

Excellent discussion all around, but "Triggernometry"? The U.S. flag added flavor, but this is not the lively review of the life and times of Roy Roger's horse a GRIT fan might be looking for.

11:11 where have these, clowns been hiding all this time. Thick as two short planks man.

Do you find this pointless? Clearly they haven’t read a book or educated themselves, may aswell throw pieces on a wall and watch it dry.

Sorry to support ZETEO, Mehdi Hassan is a sack of shit when it comes to Iran !

Please enlighten me??

Mehdi had a perfectly articulated and fact-based answer for every on of their questions. It was so obvious and clear!

Thanks for this. I showed it to my tween as an example of respectful intelligent debate. On AIPAC, I think they made a good point that the lobby is an insufficient mechanism. The U.S. supports Israel for its own interests, to project power over the Middle East. Chomsky critiqued the “lobby” claim years ago. Historic divide between Dem reps and voters is partially explained by lag time w.r.t. recent shift in public opinion.

Mehdi, check the record, Gallego voted for the Lakin Riley Act. Long time ago now, but I think he may have been a sponsor -- yep, second one to sponsor it. It is a totally unnecessary piece of legislation that, IMHO, paved the way for the like of lawlessness we now fret over in DHS. He is a Fetterman, a Manchin, a Sinema. Gotta watch these so called centrists. Ditto Slotkin. We will elect them and they will undermine progressive values and agenda in a heartbeat.
