Not enough yet, and a long time coming, but at least a sizable number of congress members are finally showing courage and decency by supporting this bill.

Keep this in mind, vote-blue-no-matter-who liberals: Anyone who votes against this is dead on arrival in 2026 and 2028. Do not bother trying to guilt anyone into voting for a pro-genocide candidate. It won’t work, don’t waste their time or your own. If you wanna keep Republicans out of office so bad, throw your weight behind primary challengers to these ghouls. That is the only option you have.

Thank you! I began writing to Democratic members of the Senate who voted against Senator Sanders’ last two bills to ban funding for offensive weapons, including Cory Booker, who is purportedly exploring a second presidential run. I told him that if he wanted a Democrat to win, he should abandon any plans to run himself. No more Kamala’s, Pete Buttigieg’s or Tim Walz’, either, none of whom have changed their positions of unconditional support for Israel. Enough of the corporate Democrats. A new day is dawning. I haven’t sent money to any Democrat for a very long time, but I may have to make an exception for Congresswoman Ramirez.

Can't wait for the cowards and shills in Congress to vote no on on this bill. Keep the receipts!

Now we need to get the Black Caucus on board with this too.

Please explain specifically what the endorsement of the CPC will mean. There are 49 current co-sponsors but there are 100 members of the CPC; Will the names of the other CPC members now be added to the co-sponsors list? Or will this just be a separate endorsement without legislative meaning?

i applaud this tiny step in the right direction.

Too bad it's so little, so late.

In a civilized world, where basic human rights laws were followed, all weapons to the apartheid, racist "state" of Israel should be halted, Israel should endure maximum sanctions: political, economic, cultural. A no-fly zone should be immediately enforced over Gaza and the West Bank, and aid should flood Palestine, whether Israel likes it or not.

The people who proposed this "block arms bill" are funded in part by Islamic interests in the middle east.

Nonsense!!! Please stop it as Israel has crossed the line of decency a long time ago and for the US to be aiding and abetting is simply unconscionable

What does this even mean? Religious interests? Or cultural? They’re not synonymous

Elena Freshman Schumann, why do you seem determined to spam Zeteo's comments section with Zionist and Islamophobic statements?

I gave this a heart which communicates the bill and the reporting. There is nothing that, this long after it began, can resurrect people and places. The reported numbers have to be far lower than reality. The destruction of everything in addition to lives is so distressing. The West Bank. And Lebanon. Now Qatar. In hopes it’s passed will it be signed?

Jon Stewart’s Parody On Cheeto Is A Must See

A must see Comedy Central episode(https://bit.ly/4gw2Toh) not only for the comic parody but also the excellent Maria Ressa interview Ressa is a Filipino Nobel laureate journalist who experienced the Duterte dictatorship and has first hand experience of what it feels and looks like as countries slide into authoritarianism

So there is a Nazi attack on free speech If the Nazis don’t like what you say then it’s not free speech Complete HYPOCRISY Networks should lose their FCC licenses Judges with differing opinions should be impeached Banning news organizations who don’t go along with the Nazi talking points Going after law firms that don’t favor the regime’s propaganda line Students with green cards who protest with differing opinions should be thrown out of the country because “they are agitators who don’t love our country” Universities should lose federal grant money if they dare speak out against the Nazi regime Take over the Kennedy Center for Continuing Arts to even control the art’s free speech and have only shows that are deemed “appropriate”

This can only end at the 2026 voting booth Protest Donate Protest and then Protest some more
