Please stop the day after quarterbacking and pointing the finger of blame. First, it's totally nonproductive. Second, it's not Biden's fault that a majority of voters chose Trump. Hard as it may be for some to believe, but Biden is not in control of what voters think or believe. It's the fault of the voters, those who aren't involved in politics and who chose not to learn what's really going on; those who don't vote; those who like the thought of destroying our institutions; those who have no problem getting behind misogyny and racism, who believe their hatred of immigrants and the LGBTQ+ communities is warranted; those who don't care about anyone or anything except themselves; those who have highly visible platforms but don't consistently use those platforms to help change these views; those who want to live like Archie Bunker and not have anything change in their own personal universe and blame others for their petty grievances. I'm a retired university professor and spent too many hours in meetings discussing problems but then realizing that most people don't really want to do the hard work to solve the problems. Talk is easy, action is hard. It would be helpful if this platform spent more time discussing specific actions to help change the hatred, and in honestly recognizing that real change takes a very long time and it's a battle of inches forward.

There are also many, well-informed and steeped in politics, who refused to participate in genocide.
