The reaction might have been different if his name were Sam or Nancy Miller and he had been a camera toting stereotypical middle-aged white tourist from Florida, not just an „immigrant‘s son“ who happened to be born in the US. Money in Politics needs to be a made an absolute key electoral issue, if that does not get fixed, there isn't much hope for real transformational change in western govts all around the world. There is no such thing as real democracy if this does not get changed.
No one from our government has the decency to ask for an independent investigation not an Israeli one! No one had the decency to call the family and pay "their condolences ". What country are we living in???
