Trump has been a smart mouth and a smart ass his entire life. He has used his money to bully and threaten and intimidate people. He has met his match in MOTHER NATURE. She doesn't give a damn how much money he has, or how many insults he hurls, or how much Bullshit he spews, MOTHER NATURE is going to clean his clock! The problem is we are all going down with this piece of garbage! Unless we stand up to Trump and his sycophants and their lies the end will be a very painful one for us all. MOTHER NATURE is coming for us all, she is sending warning after warning after warning and we just keep ignoring her. But she will NOT be denied because "MOTHER NATURE ALWAYS BATS LAST AND SHE ALWAYS BATS A THOUSAND". We need to fix the climate mess we have created for all life on earth and fix Trump for good or she will fix us all, him included - permanently!

Lovelies, Mehdi and Naomi, Magnificent discussion as always, I do hope that people open their eyes and ears.🥱🥱🥱

Unfortunately the politicians on both sides are corrupt, lies and dishonesty are used to manipulate the people, although they should be working "FOR THE PEOPLE" Not to fill their pockets.😞😞😞

They don't care about climate because they will not be affected, they are Rich.😢😢😢

Again, Thank you for your wonderful voices♥️♥️♥️

You cannot and should not normalise Genocide either in Gaza or the effect of climate change that could displace millions if not billions of people. Grabbing land, resources or female part is not a good thing to do.

Appreciate what you are doing!!

Couldn’t Biden admin. Set up a sort of “buy back” like countries have done with gun but with gas powered cars? Where they’d set up like a tax break or something for the companies to work with people, then there’d be a discount plus whatever your cars worth towards an electric or hybrid. So that it incentivizes the populace to move towards that change in lifestyle. While the administration simultaneously is pushing the infrastructure for electric pumps at gas stations across the country. That way it’s normalizing the shift for the population. And I imagine tax breaks for companies, gas stations and the like incentivizes them to move quicker too. Just a generalized thought 🤷🏽‍♀️

I think the education aspect I think is missing too… people won’t do it on their own if it’s inconvenient, too expensive, and don’t have the information on usage. So the infrastructure aspect must include pushing immense information on how to use it on the radio, local tv, etc., constantly to aid people within this system where they’re working themselves sick so they don’t have time or money to go too out of their way.

The assumption is that burning fossil fuels is the sole contributor to climate change. What is less well known is that the Earth is currently undergoing magnetic pole reversal. Concurrent high solar sunspot activity and coronal mass ejections have been associated with severe weather events. Weather manipulation has also been taking place and there have been a few instances of unintended consequences.

Thank you for this information that shows how interconnected we really are and how we need to all pull together for the sake of humanity.

There was nothing surprising about Trump's obvious quid pro quo with Big Oil. He's a transactional man, a gangster, and the American electorate is so ill-educated and debased that it's very likely he will be elected for a second term.

I'm surprised at how little Trump's latest bid to compel corporations to donate to his campaign has stirred the actions of the news media or even the WH. This is what helps him gain the support to get elected again. The media is responsible for honestly reporting, not looking the other way when Trump makes "misleading statements" - as though they are made accidentally, not deliberately. Even in the aftermath of his conviction for 34 counts of falsifying business records, he's making "misstatements." We're fighting an uphill ongoing battle against a news media that does not report honestly.

The Dems need to run a much younger candidate if they want to defeat Trump. Is the barn empty?

I think Naomi was really getting to it when she talked about building a reciprocity with nature and each other that was healing, versus some great enforced sacrifice.

Nate Hagen on his podcast The Great Simplification had a moving session with three thought gurus representing what he called the Indic Mind.

So interestingly there is a soothing harkening somewhere for us to in so many ways live simpler and healthier lives.

Chasing more is trashing the truth, there really is Enough, and it is way different than the relentless chant of more, more, more.

Is it really a climate change or is it a climate shift? It might be raining more at one place and dryer at another. The composition of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon are essentially the same a slight imbalance perhaps in more industrial areas but is it really a change that the earth is warmer by x% compared to pass generation or is it a case of cooler here and warmer there but on average there is a balance ?

The former if climate scientists are to be believed, and heck, they are not the robber barons.

Current CO2 in the atmosphere is around 420ppm, pre-industrial was around 280ppm, that's a 50% increase. If you understand how CO2 traps heat in the atmosphere you will realize this is extremely significant. There's no "slight" here.

There might be partial truth to global warming but personally I think it's another neo liberal scam to commodity the air we breathing like they did with water consumption now controlled by multinational corporations

Or the multinational fossil fuel industry and the banking industry that supports them, might want to keep you tied to the products that been making them trillions for years. I'm thinking this is much more plausible then your "scam".

Where were the CO2 measurements taken? Is it uniform everywhere, if what you saying is correct then sea levels should have increased to the ratios that the polar caps are shrinking or the atmosphere more saturated with water vapor, can you point me to resources where it points towards it.

Hi Faizal allie, Google IPCC, NASA, NOAA, all leading science publications. This line of questioning of climate science is not new and most often used disingenuously by promoters of fossil fuels.

I am just an ordinary working class guy that have become more and more wary of expert opinions, covid 19 was a big eye opener and you cannot discount the fact that there are individual profiting or will be in pushing the climate change agenda in the remedial steps to be taken, I will conclude on this and I appreciate your response.

I find it interesting that you find people profiting from renewables or some other climate technology concerning , but don't question the trillions in profit the fossil fuel industry has made and continue to make.

Expand full comment

I am not against the use of renewables if it is a cleaner resource but the question is pushing a climate change agenda as the marketing plot to promote the alternative resources. The fossil fuel industry is well known and has a documented history of corruption and exploitation, all those middle eastern wars, coups in Africa and Latin America for exploitation of fossil fuels, that is well known and documented but are we now to have another side of the same coin pushing cleaner technologies, but using climate change as a ruse. I don't think anyone would object to cleaner alternatives per se but bogus science to further an agenda is an issue as we saw with covid 19.

On climate breakdown: a HBR study a few years ago studied projected high- and low-end outcomes (best vs worst outcome) in over 1000 business plans. They found that in 95% of cases, the low-end (or worst case scenario) became reality over time. Thus, whenever we forecast the future, its very likely that the worst case scenario is the one that will be tomorrow’s reality.
