On the tool bar at the bottom of the video, click on the farthest right emoticon that is the column of 3 dots to open another menu displaying a variety of video playback speed options. This a standard option for most video players, usually found somewhere under settings, usually using a gear-like looking emoticon, but sometimes the column of three dots, which I think just means other available options.
