I disagree. Nothing was going to stop Netanyahu from carring out his plans. Netanyahu and his ministers are the ones that should be charged with genocide. When someone is murdered, the company that made and sold the ammo is not responsible or charged, it's the person that loaded the weapon and pulled the trigger that is held accountable.

In this case the act occurred in Israel and the offender is Netanyahu. Second, the US is not a member of the ICC so there is no jurisdiction. Lastly, the Sandy Hook families won against Remington on the basis of their MARKETING CAMPAIGN being predatory, not the act of using the weapon that resulted in the deaths of the students and staff.
