Yes I do. Without a doubt, our government could have stopped the genocide by suspending all arms/ammunition shipments/military aid to Israel so Biden, Blinken, and Austin are 💯 percent complicit/culpable in Israel’s gruesome genocide against the Palestinian people. And Netanyahu is obviously a genocidal maniac/shameless war criminal which means I’m also waiting to see him sitting in the dock at the ICC.

I disagree. Nothing was going to stop Netanyahu from carring out his plans. Netanyahu and his ministers are the ones that should be charged with genocide. When someone is murdered, the company that made and sold the ammo is not responsible or charged, it's the person that loaded the weapon and pulled the trigger that is held accountable.

Sorry to break this to you, but aiding and abetting genocide is actually a crime under U.S federal law (War Crimes Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2441 (a) and (b)) and international law (Rome Genocide Convention).

Regarding whether gun manufacturers can be held liable for mass murders committed with their firearms/lethal weapons, see:

Sorry to break it to you, but the US War Crimes Act applies to acts that occur within the US or if the offender is a US national. In this case the act occurred in Israel and the offender is Netanyahu. Second, the US is not a member of the ICC so there is no jurisdiction. Lastly, the Sandy Hook families won against Remington on the basis of their MARKETING CAMPAIGN being predatory, not the act of using the weapon that resulted in the deaths of the students and staff.
