We’ll see if he beats Republican opposition and how he governs America’s largest city before the Democratic establishment gets panicky about the 2028 election . I think he’ll show that social democratic policies are were popular in NY. Which suggests a fresh young progressive candidate might be just what the Democrats need to defeat Trump.
