Some good news about a man that should have never been arrested. Maybe we can start arresting the ICE agents to fill the vacancies in the for profit prisons.

Just read about this in my hometown newspaper. This is great news! Rubio is out of control and the statute the administration is relying on to sweep people off the streets should be struck down for being applied in contravention of the Constitution. As the judge pointed out, the First Amendment applies to noncitizens as well as citizens. Since we all have the same First Amendment rights, there’s little to stop the administration from also detaining citizens for allegedly posing threats to their draconian foreign policy by virtue of speech.
